लागू documents physical holdings के लिए कंपनी/RTA को, dematerialised holdings के लिए depository participant को, या जहाँ ज़रूरी हो किसी अन्य संबंधित authority को जमा करें।
अगर documents अधूरे हों, नाम मेल न खाएँ, उत्तराधिकार पर विवाद हो, probate/court documentation ज़रूरी हो, certificate गुम हो या कोई encumbrance हो, तो कंपनी/RTA/DP अतिरिक्त सबूत माँग सकते हैं।
Approval के बाद Register of Members, folio, जहाँ लागू हो share certificate, DP के ज़रिए demat/beneficial-owner records, corporate records और dividend records अपडेट करें।
